About
For over 10 years, we’ve been committed to giving kids in Mississippi opportunities they wouldn’t normally have, especially by taking them to football camps where they can gain exposure and open doors for their future. But the heart behind this foundation is deeply personal.
The M.A.Y.A. Foundation was created in honor of my daughter, Amaya, who was lost at the age of 10 to an unexpected brain tumor. Her name lives on through every child we help. Her life and legacy are the reason this mission exists, turning pain into purpose and making sure other children are seen, supported, and given opportunities to thrive.
Many of these kids have the talent… but not the resources or visibility to be recognized. That’s where the M.A.Y.A. Foundation steps in.
We remove the barriers. We take kids at no cost to their families, covering camp fees and working toward travel, meals, and lodging so they can focus on what matters: their future.
But this is bigger than sports. Our vision is to expand into multiple sports, provide consistent meals, and secure reliable transportation so we can reach even more young people and open doors that can truly change their lives.
This is about legacy.
This is about purpose.
This is about making sure Mississippi kids are seen, supported, and given a real chance to succeed.
